Mojang and Bethesda have teamed up in, what I think, is probably one of the greatest game mash-ups I’ve seen. The blocky sandbox world of Minecraft is being given what is essentially a texture pack to make your very own Skyrim world. Not only will all blocks in the game be retextured with a Skyrim themed look, but you’ll also get 40 character skins as well as 20 Skyrim songs.
No news on a release date yet, though it was playable for attendees of Minecon last weekend.
No price yet either, though if it’s anything like the Mass Effect mash-up that released a few months ago it’ll probably be a mere 4$.
I’m certainly excited for this. Tell us what you think.
