Diablo 4 game director Luis Barriga, lead designer Jesse McCree, and Word of Warcraft designer Johnathan LeCraft are all no longer part of Activisioon Blizzard in the wake of the company’s issues with multiple allegations and lawsuits regarding sexual harassment and discrimination (via Kotaku)
EA and DICE released a new story trailer for Battlefield 2042, setting up the plot for the multiplayer shooter, and featuring the return of Battlefield 4‘s Kimble “Irish” Graves played by actor Michael K. Williams
Updated remasters of Grand Theft Auto 3, Vice City, and San Andreas are getting updated remasters for PC, Xbox consoles, PlayStation 4 and 5, and Nintendo Switch sometime this fall (via Kotaku)
In movie/gaming news, actor Iris Elba teased with confirmation that he will voice Knuckles in the upcoming Sonic the Hedgehog movie sequel
The film is set to release in spring of 2022
